How To Start

At the top of the screen you have the Output settings. You have a range of options including the classic 16:9 ratio but you can also go cinematic with the 1:85:1 ratio. You also have the resolution of the video which on here includes 4k, 2k, 1080p

If you know how to use the pro settings on your phone then you will know how to adjust these peripherals. You have the shutter speed on the top and the ISO on the bottom. You Also have the EV bar on the left

The infinity symbol is how you manually adjust the focus.

Next thing you want to do after you have finished filming your shot is to navigate the manage videos tab on the top left of your screen. Here you can render your video into a .mcraw file which you will need for the next step.

You are going to need to download motion cams pc app now to get all of the DNG files from the recording. You can download them here: Motion Cam Tool

Once Downloaded open it up and follow their 3 step process.

Here you can take all your new DNG files and head over to Light room to edit them. Head over to file in the top left and add photos, then select all of your DNGs now exported. Here you are going to click on the first one and start editing it. Once you have got it the way you like it hit the four squares in the bottom left corner to get back here. Then right click on that first picture and select copy edit settings then shift click the last photo and paste edit settings. Then Export the photos as JPG.

Open Up After effects and click on New Composition From Footage.

Here select all of your JPG’s and then click on ImporterJPEG Sequence

You will know if the sequence worked if it shows up as only one layer.

Add it to the render cue and then make the footage export as H.264 which will make sure it exports as MP4.

It should look like this.

Hit Render.

This was my final Result once exported.
